6. Right to Information (RTI) Act

In accordance with the provisions of section 4(1) (b) of this Act, the INFLIBNET has put information and
guidance of the stakeholders and the general public and hosted the same on the website of the Centre at
http://www.inflibnet.ac.in. In terms of section 5(2) of the Right to Information Act 2005, the Director of
the INFLIBNET Centre has been designated as Appellate Authority / Nodal Officer for all matters

concerning to the Centre. The detailed information about RTI and responsible officers appointed for are
available on the Centre’s website at http://www.inflibnet.ac.in.

7. Financial Status

The Audited Annual Accounts of INFLIBNET Centre for the financial year 2016-2017 is given in the
Appendix XII.
